Peaches and Burrata with Pear Balsamic

Peaches and Burrata with Pear Balsamic

I have this pear balsamic vinegar that is so delicious, I just want to find new dishes to use it on. I tried this spin on a traditional caprese using peaches instead of tomatoes and burrata cheese. Burrata is a mozzarella cheese that is filled with cream. This dish is great for the summer.

Ingredients

1 ball of burrata cheese
2 peaches
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
Drizzle of pear balsamic vinegar (click here to buy)
sea salt

Preparation

Cut the burrata into thick slices and cut the peaches into slices. Arrange on platter. Sprinkle the cheese and peaches with fresh mint. Drizzle pear balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
