Champagne Mignonette

This is a very simple recipe with just a very slight twist on the classic mignonette. I just replace red wine vinegar for champagne vinegar.

Ingredients

1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1/4 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with raw oysters.
