This version of deviled eggs has a nice hint of spice to them with the curry.
Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
The best way I have found to make hard boiled eggs is to put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let sit for 15 minutes. Then drain and peel. Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and place in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, curry powder and salt and mash together until well combined and smooth. Put mixture into a piping bag with a large tip. Pipe the mixture into the egg white halves, sprinkle with curry powder and serve.
